PLEASE NOTE – REGULATIONS FOR THE PLAYING SEASON

No player may represent the Club in any competitive game unless they have completed & returned this Membership Form to the Club. The club needs to hold a complete and up to date database of all players’ contact details and more importantly medical conditions. Managers must not field any player that has not been registered with the Club Secretary.
